Tight-grained wood

Here are just some of the natural wood choices we have available which we custom-finish to your requirements.

Beech – hardwood with a soft pink hue. Tight-grained also available in a spalted finish.

Maple – natural hard wood, blond in colour with little or no grain. Mellows with time.

Poplar – soft grained wood with splashes of natural colour.

Open-grained wood

Here are some examples of open-grained wood choices that are great for a natural-looking finish.

Oak – solid hard wood with a beautiful natural colour, open grained and very hard-wearing.

Walnut – hard wood tight grained with a natural dark colour.

Ash – natural hard wood, heavy grained blond wood which mellows with time.
